MTC Information: COVID-19

March 31, 2020

Dear MTC Members & Students:

We are anxiously awaiting the day when Miller Tennis Center can reopen!

Not knowing what date that is, credits to accounts for: Session 4 lesson programs, Adult Leagues and RCT’s will be addressed.  This will be done in phases as the situation evolves. We are operating with very limited staff, working from home bases.

Session 4 Lesson Programs:

Two weeks of lessons programs were held in Session 4. Adjustments will be made for those who prepaid for multiple sessions and those who only paid for Session 4. Any registrations that were taken in March will show on your statement.  Credits for all students will be applied on the March or April statements.

If we are not open for any part of Session 5, those who prepaid will see adjustments at a future date.

Adult Leagues:

Credits will be calculated and will be applied (April & May statements).

Reserved Court Time:

Credits will be based on the schedules captains provided at the beginning of the season. Captains will be contacted if there are any questions to provide proper credit. RCT questions - email: Credits will be applied after the scheduled end dates.

A large number of accounts require credits due to the mandatory closure.  On accounts that currently hold an outstanding balance, the credit will reduce the balance from the oldest unpaid charge on your account and work forward to the current date.

Membership Dues:

Reminder that monthly membership dues will resume when we reopen and annual dues will be adjusted at time of renewal. Please email any membership questions to: and concerns about billing to:

Be assured we are working hard to make sure all the credits are applied accurately and as quickly as possible.  Any additional questions can be emailed to:

Visit for all information during this difficult time.

Thank you again for your patience. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on the courts!

Stay safe and healthy.
